Jeff Rossi started his culinary career at 14-years-old in a local country club in New Jersey working as a dishwasher advancing to sous chef while in high school. In 2007, he continued on his culinary journey by attending and completing his associates degree in culinary arts at Johnson and Wales University in Charlotte, NC. Jeff was accepted to complete his culinary externship at Allred’s in Telluride, CO. This experience awarded him the opportunity to become the chef at an elk hunting lodge in Norwood, CO in 2010, where he continues to serve in this role. Jeff continued to work for many chefs in the Telluride area and in 2014 decided to start his own catering/private chef business. In 2016, he moved to Charleston, SC to work in Sean Brock’s restaurant “Husk” where he gained a new appreciation for farm to table cooking. Jeff then returned to Telluride to purchase property in the Norwood area, and is in the process of building a commercial kitchen and small farm to further enhance his catering and culinary talents.
